Ideally situated just 400 metres from Lytham St Anne's beach which is a fine sandy beach, historic pier and town centre, where there are many restaurants & cafe bars to enjoy along with many shopping facilities.

Close to Ashton Gardens (currently being returned back to it’s glorious victorian style) with it’s relaxing & picnic areas, large new childrens play area  & bowling green.

The cottage is also conveniently close to 3 championship golf courses all within a five minute drive including Royal Lytham & St. Annes golf course which is only a 15 minute walk and only a 5 minute walk to St Anne's Old links golf course.

Guests have easy access to a choice of attractions along the Fylde Coast including a five minute drive just up the coast to all the attractions of  Blackpool with it’s famous illuminations and only 40 mins drive to Lake District
